Everyday, ADEC receives hundreds of inquiries from new and existing patients, from questions about our services, to (re)scheduling appointments, to post-treatment care.
If you join our CS Team, you'll be responsible for remotely answering patients quickly, effectively and reliably. You'll handle the busy agenda of our entire practice, ensuring you perfect each clinician's schedule so they can focus on delivering the top quality treatment we stand for.
We're looking for an extraordinary CS Agent fluent in Eng and Ita. In this shift-work position, you'll answer tickets, analyze patient happiness, work with the team to improve the support we provide, treat each request as a personconversation and an opportunity to get closer to and learn from our patients' community, giving insights to the rest of the company to inform product and business decisions.
You're a strong communicator across all mediums, able to present complicated information in a way that everyone can understand. You are positive, empathetic, passionate about providing great support and approach your tasks with diligence and a sense of urgency.

Requirements:
B2/C1 English and MT Italian
Experience handling phone-based, email and chat support
History of providing excellent customer service
Can work shifts scheduled on some weekends and between 8:00-21:00
This position is full-time on-site at our office in the historicheart of Milan (MM2 Sant'Ambrogio).
