Beautiful detached villa by the sea about 350 meters from the beach, located between Porto Ulisse, Village of Marispica and a few kilometers from the tourist town of Pozzallo. The place can be considered an excellent starting point for visiting the beautiful surrounding cities : Noto, Siracusa, Ragusa, Modica, and places of extraordinary scenic beauty such as Vendicari, Cala Mosche, Isola delle Correnti, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero.
The house, arranged on one level, includes: three bedrooms, two bathrooms-shower, a large well-furnished living room kitchen (complete with appliances, crockery and kitchen linen), furnished front porch with wicker seating and coffee table with chairs. The outdoor area includes a large veranda-kitchen, located in the back of the house, furnished with built-in kitchen, table, chairs, deckchairs, lounge and wooden swing.
The house is surrounded by flower beds and a garden. and equipped with a parking space (up to 3 cars). The house is also equipped with all comforts: washing machine, hair dryer, electric oven, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, television and ceiling fans in each bedroom. On request sheets and towels.
In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, a wood-burning bakery with ready-made specialties
Along the coast there are several restaurants and pizzerie, where you can eat fresh fish and taste the good cuisine of Ragusa.
